5 Things Shweta Tiwari follows to keep Fit and Fabulous at the age of 42

Shweta Tiwari: From becoming the First Female Winner of India’s most controversial reality show, Bigg Boss in the year 2010, to receiving an immense amount of love as well as fame after playing Prerna Sharma in Ekta Kapoor’s daily soap ‘kasautii Zindagi Kay’, Shweta Tiwari was able to achieve a lot in her career and is still going strong, without caring about the judgements that comes her way.
Meanwhile, there was a time when after the delivery of her second child, she gained a lot of weight and was about 73 kgs Back then. But later she decided to work on that body and hoped to shed those extra kilos by not just exercising but maintaining a good diet as well. And in particular, there are 5 things that Shweta Tiwari followed in order to get back in shape and shed those extra Kgs.

1. Consumed Things Rich in Fibre

Shweta Tiwari’s dietician had Once stated that she has included food items Rich in fibre in her diet. And that includes beans, avocados, broccoli, dried fruits, baked potatoes and whole grains.

2. Shweta Tiwari Went for weight and strength training

Shweta Tiwari had stated on how she was able to shed the extra kilos with the help of weight and strength training. There were a lot of times when Shweta posted workout videos from the gym, in which she could be seen lifting heavy weights.

3. Ghee for Weight Loss

Shweta Tiwari as well as her dietician earlier stated on how ghee acted as a boon in the journey of her weight loss. Ghee is something which is rich in Vitamin A, and the short-chain fatty acids actually helps in its absorption.

Dr Kinita who helped Shweta Tiwari in this weight loss journey stated on how she planned every meal of the Bigg Boss 4 winner and made sure what all she eats for her breakfast, lunch and dinner, is planned accordingly. Eating on time and consuming dinner before 7 is the key to a fit and healthy body, according to experts.

5. Hydration is the Key for Shweta Tiwari

It’s not just proper diet and workout that helped the actress in keeping fit and healthy. But loads of water and liquids also helped her maintaining that fit body.
Water helped her in eradicating all the toxins from her body, which is necessary to attain a toned body.
