In the Gyanvapi Masjid case, the court has completed the hearing on the carbon dating of Shivling found in the Gyanvapi premises on Tuesday. Now the decision on this can come on October 14.
The hearing on the carbon dating of Shivling took place in the court after 2 pm on Tuesday in the Gyanvapi Masjid case in Varanasi. In the first case, the case filed on behalf of five women including Rakhi Singh, will be heard in the court of District Judge Dr. Ajay Krishna Vishwesh regarding the demands of Shringar Gauri’s regular darshan and worship. In this, the hearing in the court was completed on the demand for carbon dating of Shivling found in Gyanvapi complex.
In response, the advocates of Hindu side Harishankar Jain, Vishnu Jain, Subhash Nandan Chaturvedi and Sudhir Tripathi said in the argument that the matter has been talked about visible and invisible deity, during the survey, the invisible figure is visible on removal of water from the cistern at Vaju site. Whether the recovered figure is Shivling or fountain, it will be clear only from scientific investigationIn such a situation, without harming the figure, without hurting the faith of the Hindus, scientific investigation should be done by the expert team of Archaeological Survey of India so that it can be decided whether the figure is Shivling or fountain.
Manbahadur Singh, the advocate of plaintiff Rakhi Singh, present in the court, refused to argue in the reply, after hearing both the sides, the court fixed the date of October 14 for the order and on behalf of the 8 parties affected under order one rule ten.
