Flipkart: When you purchase a product from Flipkart, you can either pay for it immediately online, offline, or with cash on delivery once the item has been delivered. The majority of customers strive to pay with cash on delivery when they purchase an expensive item because there have been numerous instances where a fake item has been supplied in its stead and the money has been entirely recovered.
For this, Flipkart just launched an open box delivery service. Despite the fact that people are still not using this open box delivery service, which costs them a lot of money, a recent incident has upset the users of Flipkart.
Ordered a laptop but received something else
In reality, Vinay, a resident of Korkoma village, just ordered a laptop that he had paid for with his labour and hard work. When the delivery lad arrived, the customer, who had booked the laptop through a cash-on-delivery service, handed him Rs 30,000 in cash.
The customer opened his package as soon as the delivery boy had gone, only to find books inside rather than the RS. 30,000 laptop he had ordered. When the person saw this, the ground gave down beneath his feet, and he immediately began calling the delivery boy.
What transpired after the call
Let us explain that the delivery boy, who is accused of the Flipkart-scam answered the phone and was instructed to arrive, but his phone then turned off. Additionally, Vinay has told the local police station about this. Since Ecom Express Courier Service was responsible for delivering this Flipkart package to Vinay, it is assumed that something has been tampered with there.
The authorities are looking into this incident, and we want to advise you to always select open box delivery when ordering expensive items to enhance the likelihood that your package will arrive to you safely.
