Pakistan Shocker: After a video of a dancing performance went popular on social media, Khyber Medical University sent a warning to Peshwar’s NCS University System in Peshawar. The institution has also asked NCS director for an explanation after labelling the incident as “unethical and immoral.”
A girl can be seen singing and dancing on stage in a 23-second video, which prompted netizens to condemn the event and question the need for such gatherings in the nation. The Khyber Medical University Peshawar administration have taken serious note of such “unethical and immoral” acts occurring in educational institutions, according to a letter dated October 20, 2022.
“You are therefore directed to explain his position within three days positively, otherwise strict disciplinary action will be initiated against the institute which could also result in de-affiliation of the institute,” The director of NCS University System was instructed to adhere to the rules in the letter.
