Weather Update: In majority of North India’s states, including Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, winter has arrived. In Delhi, the minimum temperature has been about 8 degrees Celsius for the past two days, which is roughly 4 degrees below average. Fortunately, there has been a small improvement in Delhi’s air. Additionally, the daytime and nighttime temperatures in various areas of North West, Central, and East India may decrease slightly at the same time, according to the Meteorological Department.
Some cities in North India are experiencing the effects of a cold wave alert as a result of snowfall on mountain peaks, while Delhi and the surrounding area continue to experience steadily lowering temperatures.
Delhi
As per the latest weather forecast from IMD, the national capital will have a mainly clear sky. However, the similiar weather pattern of cold mornings is expected to continue as the maximum temperature will go up to 26 degrees while the minimum will be 8.4 degrees. The haze is likely to continue while there are minimal chances of fog.
Mumbai
The city and its suburbs are likely to have mainly clear sky but mist will continue to prevail at some level. However, there are no chance of rain happening anytime soon. The maximum temperature, for today, will be 32 degrees while minimum will be 23 degrees.
Chennai
Surprisingly, Chennai will get relief from heavy rainfall for today. Though, the clouds will be present in the sky throughout the day. Moreover, mist has taken over the city. As per latest weather update, there are chances of rain happening tomorrow. Maximum temperature will be 29 degrees while minimum will be 23 degrees.
Kolkata
Haze will continue to impact the Bengal’s capital. Moderate clouds are predicted to cover the city. Chances of rain happening are close to nil. Maximum temperature for today will be 29 degrees and minimum will be 17 degrees.

Which state will receive rainfall today?
Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Karnataka, Kerala and Mahe are predicted to be lashed by the isolated rainfall with thunderstorms. Meanwhile, fairly widespread rain is likely to hit Andaman and Nicobar island.
