A video is surfaced on the internet and it is going fiercely viral. In the clip, Shehnaaz is seen meeting her fan girl who broke down after meeting her. Shehnaaz tightly hugged her and consoled her with love. After hugging him while crying, the girl went down on her knees and it has made Shehnaaz little bit embarrassed and she told her that she should stand up because everyone is watching. The fan girl said that she wants to gift a kada to Shehnaaz but Bigg Boss 13 fame requested her to get up and control her feelings. After wearing kada, the fan girl tried to give her ring but Shehnaaz refused to take it and hugged her.
