Actor Ram Charan is basking in the success of his blockbuster film RRR and he is currently shooting for Shankar’s RC15. The South star revealed on Monday that Buchi Babu Sana, known for his work on Uppena, will helm his upcoming project. Ram will work with the director for the first time on the movie, which is anticipated to be a sports drama. Ram expressed his excitement when discussing the upcoming movie, which is now known only as RC16.

Ram Charan shared the poster on his Twitter account and wrote, “Excited about this!! Looking forward to working with Buchi Babu Sana & the entire team.” The movie is reportedly a sports drama, but not much else is known about it. The movie, which will be jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Vriddhi Cinemas, is expected to start production later this month. This strengthens the lineup of upcoming films starring Ram Charan even further. Prior to RC16, he is working on his first project with Shankar, for which Ram Charan is now filming.
According to speculations, the actor will play an IAS officer with anger management issues in the movie RC 15. Actress Kiara Advani plays his co-star. The movie’s production is now in progress in New Zealand, where they are filming a song about Ram and Kiara.

Another week of filming is anticipated. Ram spoke with the Border Security Force soldiers while the team was finishing up their schedule in Amritsar in April. At the Golden Temple, he also ate langar. The music for the action thriller RC 15 was composed by SS Thaman.
