Renault cars current prices
The prices of the Renault Kwid, Renault Triber, and Renault Kiger range from Rs 4.64 lakh to Rs 5.99 lakh (ex-showroom), Rs 5.92 lakh to Rs 8.51 lakh, and Rs 5.99 lakh to Rs 10.62 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. But the automaker hasn’t said how much it will raise prices for the three models.
Reason behind the hike
Renault announced in a formal announcement that starting in January 2023, it would raise prices across its whole lineup of automobiles.”Reasons for the price hike are to partially offset the impact of constant increases in input costs largely driven by pricier commodities, fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, inflation and also due to regulatory obligations,” the company added.
the carmaker said, “India is a key market for Renault, with a long-term strategy to grow the brand in the dynamic Indian market.” A world-class technology centre, two design centres, a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, and more than 500 sales and service touchpoints are just a few of the facilities that the company has built up a solid base in India, it is added, over the course of the previous several years.
In Oragadam, Chennai, the company operates a manufacturing factory. It has a 480,000 unit installed yearly manufacturing capacity.
