When Kiara appeared on Karan Johar’s chat programme ‘Koffee with Karan’ with Shahid Kapoor in 2022, she discussed her relation with Sidharth and remarked, “I’m not denying or accepting anything. We are obviously close friends, if not more than that.” Shahid swiftly added, “Be ready for a huge announcement sometime before the end of this year, and it’s not a movie,” after she mentioned her relationship. Shahid’s remark went viral, leaving Sidharth and Kiara’s fans awestruck.
