It will compete with rivals like the Kia EV6 once it is released and will come with two battery pack options: 72.6 kWh and 58 kWh. Depending on the variant you choose, the Ioniq 5 will be imported into the nation via the CKD route and will have both an RWD and an AWD system.

The Korean automaker is anticipated to introduce a new mini SUV to compete with vehicles like the Maruti Ignis in addition to the Creta facelift and the Ioniq 5. This future Hyundai SUV, internally known as the Ai3 mini SUV, will be built on the K1 chassis and may share some of its powertrain options with the Grand i10 Nios.

The new Hyundai Mini SUV’s exact specifications have not yet been made public. But we anticipate it to have features like an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, an automatic air conditioner, power windows, a reverse camera, and electrically adjustable ORVMs.
The Grand i10 Nios hatchback will serve as the foundation for the forthcoming Hyundai Ai3. It may be purchased with a 1.2-litre petrol engine that produces a maximum torque of 114Nm and 83PS. It can be purchased with either a manual or automatic transmission. Additionally, the business has the option to provide it with CNG fuel.
Let us mention that, in order to raise its production in the nation from 7.7 lakh to 8.5 lakh units, Hyundai Motor India invested more than Rs 1400 crore in the previous fiscal year. The new micro SUV is planned to be produced in 50,000 units annually.
