On Sunday, during the 12th annual No Trousers Tube Ride, commuters in London stripped and boarded the Underground Tube.
Stiff Upper Lip Society organized the event
The Stiff Upper Lip Society planned the event, which was a part of No Pants Subway Ride, an annual international event that Improv Everywhere started in New York in 2002.

Several other cities around the world took part in the event
Pictures that have been circulating online show that this day was also commemorated in other cities throughout the world, with people utilising the Underground, ticket machines, and escalators while not wearing trousers.
The concept of the event is to just board a train wearing nothing but your underwear. The only purpose of the event is to have some fun.
An official reportedly advised participants to conduct themselves naturally, as though they had left their pants at home.
