Splitsvilla 14 fame Urfi Javed filed complaint to the police in response to Chitra Wagh of the BJP accusing her of wearing offensive clothing while walking through the streets of Mumbai, Urfi Javed has complained to the police. “I have filed a complaint for the offence under Sections 153(A)(B), 504, and 506(ii) of the IPC against BJP Party Worker Smt. Chitra Kishor Wagh for Threatening, and Criminal Intimidation to cause harm to Model/Actress Urfi Javed on public domain as well as requested for preventive Action under Sections 149 and 107 of the Cr.P.C,” her lawyer, Advocate Nitin Sat (Chapter Proceeding against her as she is continuously committing breach of peace in society by threatening on media).
He went on to say, “Today, I mailed a complaint to the Woman Commission. I shall present a written complaint to Smt Rupali Chakankar, Chairman of the Women Commission, in order to take further action.”
Urfi Javed responded to Chitra Wagh’s case
Urfi had already responded to Chitra Wagh’s complaint against her for ‘publicly engaging in nudity on the streets of Mumbai,’ demanding that the actress be detained. She had written, in addition to revealing Chitra Wagh’s past, “I know it’s risky to post things against politicians, but these people are making me suicidal anyway, so either I kill myself or speak up and get killed by them:) But again, I didn’t start this, and I’ve never done anything wrong to anyone. They’re coming at me for no apparent cause.”
