Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul: After years of counting and successfully keeping their romance hidden, actor Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul are finally getting married. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony at Athiya’s actor-father Suniel Shetty’s Khandala property on Monday. Many Bollywood celebrities attended the festivities including Krishna Shroff, Diana Penty, Anshula Kapoor and others. On Sunday night, the family organized a sangeet ceremony with a cocktail reception, which was attended by family members and close friends.

Suniel Shetty, Athiya Shetty’s father and Bollywood actor, has arrived to meet with the media. He is dressed in a pastel pink dhoti and kurta. Sunil was also seen with his son Ahan Shetty. Both gave the sweets to paparazzi and he can be heard saying, ‘Bahaut Khush hoon. Chhota sa close family lekin bahaut achaa raha abhi fere bhi ho gaye hain”. Anupam Kher, a well-known Bollywood actor, also attended KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty’s wedding. His name appeared on the guest list as well. Anupam went to the new couple’s blessing. Athiya’s friends and celebrity children Krishna Shroff and Anshula Kapoor also attended the wedding. Diana Penty attended the wedding in a traditional blue wedding gown.

Many famous celebrities started congratulating Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty and cricketer KL Rahul on their marriage. Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Esha Deol and film distributor and exhibitor Raj Bansal took to Twitter to wish the couple on their special day. They also gave a special shout out to Suniel Shetty as it’s very special day for the Bollywood actor.
