According to the teaser, the Vivo Y100 will be available in at least two colours: Rose Gold and Blue. Vivo has also activated a “notify me” alert on its official website, indicating that the device will be available soon.
The Vivo Y100 is said to have a color-changing back panel, which is one of its selling points. It’s not clear what technology Vivo used to achieve the cosmetic effect. According to some reports, the brand may have used a thermochromic coating, which changes colour depending on the temperature of the material.

Geekbench, Google Play Console, and BIS certification websites have all listed the Y100. This indicates that Vivo has obtained all of the necessary certifications for the smartphone’s release. The Y100 may be equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset, 6GB of RAM, and 128GB of internal storage. Although the company has not confirmed it, the Vivo Y100 may have an 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant. The phone is expected to include a dedicated microSD card slot for expanding onboard storage.

According to the teaser, The Y100 has three cameras. According to rumours, it has a 64MP main camera with OIS support, as well as an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The front of the phone could have a 50MP camera for selfies, video calls, and face unlock.
