Chahatt Khanna, a television actress, has received a Rs 100 crore legal notice from conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar for damaging his name and creating “irreparable damage” with her accusations. In a recent interview, Chahatt discussed that if Sukesh Chandrasekhar was connected to her, saying that she was called into meeting the conman Sukesh at Tihar jail. Chahatt also disclosed that he proposed to her while he was imprisoned and that their meeting had an effect on her marriage to Farhan Mirza. In response to Chahatt’s earlier accusations against him, Sukesh—who is currently on trial in connection with an extortion case involving Rs 200 crore—called her a “liar and a gold digger.” Sukesh most recently served the actor with a 100 crore rupee legal notice.

According to Times Now, Chahatt Khanna has been given seven days to retract her accusations against Sukesh or else she will be prosecuted, according to Sukesh’s attorney Anant Malik. On January 3, Chahatt Khanna gave a testimony in the extortion case involving conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar before Patiala House Court.

In a recent interview, Chahatt stated that she was taken to Tihar jail rather than any function for which she was summoned to Delhi from Mumbai by a woman who identified herself as Angel Khan (Pinky Irani). She was informed that Tihar was the path to the location. She asserted that Chandrasekhar had proposed to her in custody and that she had been summoned to Delhi under the guise of an event and transported to Tihar prison.
