Motorola Edge+: With Wireless and proprietary fast charging and 108MP camera, this smartphone is value for money

Motorola Edge+: Motorola Edge+ was released on April 22, 2020. The phone has a 6.70-inch touchscreen display with a 21:9 aspect ratio. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor powers the Motorola Edge+. It has a total of 12GB of RAM. The Motorola Edge+ is powered by a 5000mAh non-removable battery and runs Android 10. Wireless charging and proprietary fast charging are both supported by the Motorola Edge+.

Memory and Dimensity

Motorola Edge+ runs Android 10 and has 256GB of internal storage. The Edge+ is a single SIM (GSM) smartphone that takes a Nano-SIM card. The Edge+ weighs 203.00 grammes and measures 161.10 x 71.40 x 9.60mm (height x width x thickness). It was released in the colours Smoky Sangria and Thunder Grey. It is dust and water resistant, with an IP54 rating.

Connectivity options and sensors

Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, NFC, USB Type-C, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India), and 5G are among the connectivity options on the Edge+. Accelerometer, ambient light sensor, barometer, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor are among the sensors on the phone. Face unlock is supported by the Edge+.

Cameras

In terms of cameras, the Edge+ has a 108-megapixel (f/1.8, 0.8-micron) primary camera, a 16-megapixel (f/2.2, 1.0-micron) camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.4, 1.0-micron) camera on the back. Autofocus is available on the rear camera setup. It has a front-facing 25-megapixel camera with an f/2.0 aperture and 0.9-micron pixels for selfies.
