There was a tussle between Uddhav Thackeray and Eknath Shinde for some time now regarding the right on the name and symbol of the Shiv Sena. Meanwhile, the Election Commission has given a big decision. After this decision of EC, Shiv Sena’s name and party symbol has been snatched from Uddhav Thackeray. The Election Commission has handed over the name of the party and the symbol of the Shiv Sena, the arrow command, to the Eknath Shinde faction.

While it was said that the result would be in our favor. But now a miracle has happened. keep fighting Sanjay Raut said that crores of rupees have been shed like water from top to bottom. We do not need to worry because the public is with us. But we will take a new symbol to the people’s court and show it again by raising Shiv Sena, this is the murder of democracy.
Leader of Uddhav group condemned the decision
Anand Dubey, the leader of the Uddhav Thackeray group, said that the order has come, which we had feared. He said that we have been saying that we do not trust the Election Commission. When the matter is under consideration of the Supreme Court and no final decision has been taken, this haste by the Election Commission shows that it works as a BJP agent under the Central Government. We condemn it.
Shiv Sena has now become of Shinde faction. The Election Commission has made the Shinde faction the controller of the real Shiv Sena. In its 78-page decision, the Election Commission said that the Shinde faction has shown majority in the Legislative Assembly as well as in the organization. Before the Commission, both the parties presented their respective claims and documents for their confirmation.
The Eknath Shinde faction has 40 MLAs out of a total of 55 victorious MLAs who won on a unified Shiv Sena ticket. Out of the total 47,82,440 votes in the party, 76 percent that is 36,57,327 votes were submitted by the Shinde faction in its favor.

That is, only 23.5 percent votes were with the Thackeray group. The Thackeray faction had the support of only 15 of Shiv Sena’s total 55 MLAs.
Two factions emerged in the party
