Aaliya accused Nawazuddin Siddiqui of trying to take the kids away
In a recent video shared on her Instagram account, Aaliya could be seen getting emotional while talking about her kids and accusing Nawazuddin of trying to take them away from her. In the video, she alleged that Nawazuddin filed a custody lawsuit to steal their kids, a daughter named Shora and a son named Yaani, from her. She also claimed that Nawazuddin had never stayed with their kids and had no knowledge of their upbringing. Aaliya further stated that she was facing financial difficulties, and now Nawazuddin was trying to take her kids away from her.
Aaliya’s Instagram post included a caption in Hindi, in which she updated everyone about the rape case filed against Nawazuddin. She wrote in the caption, “A great actor who tries to be a great human being often! His heartless mother who calls my innocent child illegitimate and this wretched man remains silent – filed a rape complaint (with proof) against him at Versova police station yesterday. Whatever happens, I will not let my innocent children go in these heartless hands.”

She also mentioned that she had evidence to support her allegations. Meanwhile, Nawazuddin Siddiqui responded to these accusations, stating that he did not want to comment on the matter. He further mentioned that his children’s education had been affected due to the ongoing legal battle, and he appealed that they should be allowed to return to school.
The legal battle between Nawazuddin and Aaliya Siddiqui has been ongoing for quite some time. The recent turn of events has once again brought the issue to the forefront, with both parties making allegations against each other.
