Weather Update: As March begins, India is experiencing scorching heat, but relief may be on the way for some regions. IMD has also predicted that unseasonal rains along with thunderstorms will be witnessed in Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Rajasthan and some regions of Maharshtra.
From March 4 to 7, North Maharashtra, South Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat may see light rain, while West Madhya Pradesh and East Rajasthan could experience light to moderate rain with thunder from March 4 to 6, according to the IMD. Uttar Pradesh will continue to experience warm weather while heatwave is predicted for Karnataka.
Delhi
Delhi is predicted to remain sunny and have clear sky as well. The afternoons will continue to be warmer and this trend is likely to continue from now onwards. For today, the maximum temperature will be 32 degrees and 18 degrees.
Mumbai
As per the latest weather update, Mumbai and its suburbs will have partly overcast skies. The day will remain mostly and moderate cloud will be seen only during evening. For today, the maximum temperature will be 36 degrees and 27 degrees.
Chennai
IMD predicts Chennai to be clear as well. No major change is expected in the weather trends in the upcoming week too. For today, the maximum temperature will be 32 degrees and minimum will be 24 degrees.
Kolkata
Latest forecast predicts that Kolkata will have warmer afternoon but some chill would still be present in the nights. For today, the maximum temperature will be 37 degrees and minimum temperature will be 22 degrees.
