Citadel premiere: Actors Priyanka Chopra and Richard Madden are currently busy promoting their upcoming Prime Video show Citadel in India. On Tuesday night they held a special premiere of the spy thriller series. And while a large number of Bollywood celebrities turned up for the premier, veteran actor Rekha made a stunning entry for the screening. She looked gorgeous in golden brown saree and greeted everyone with folded hands. A beaming Priyanka greeted Rekha with a hug and the two posed for photos.
Other Bollywqood bigges who attended the screening included Varun Dhawan, Nora Fatehi, Anubhav Sinha, Neha Dhupia, Jim Sarbh, Patralekha and more.
Varun Dhawan sports funky outfit
Actor Varun Dhawan sported baggy pants, a black t-shirt and an oversized statement jacket in blue colour.
Filmmakers Madhur Bhandarkar and Anubhav Sinha too arrived for the screening. Actor Aditi Rao Hydari, Anusha Dandekar, Gurfateh Pirzada, Harshvarrdhan Kapoor, Jim Sarbh, Sunny Leone, Rakul Preet Singh, Neha Dhupia, Ali Fazal, Sayani Gupta, Kubbra Sait, Nora Fatehi, Anushka Sen, Ayesha Sharma, Neha Sharma, Sophie Choudry, Nikhil Dwivedi, Prajakta Koli, Sanya Malhotra, Shweta Tripathi and Anubhav Singh Bassi were also among the attendees.
Priyanka dazzles in teal dress
On the premiere night, Priyanka looked stunning in a printed teal dress with a voluminous trail and a bold thigh-high slit. Co-star Richard looked dapper in an all-black suit. The actors held a press conference on Monday as they kickstarted the promotions in India.
Citadel involved two elite spies Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra), who had their memories erased after they narrowly escaped with their lives following the fall of an independent global spy agency called Citadel. It is backed by Amazon Studios and the Russo Brothers’ AGBO banner with David Weil.
