GT vs RR IPL 2023: The finalists of the last season, Gujarat Titans and Rajasthan Royals, are currently clashing in their first ever match of the season at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The visitor team won the toss and opted to field first in the clash. The decision of skipper Sanju Samson paid them well as Trent Boult once again took the first wicket inside the first over. However, it is the video of the bizarre dismissal that has taken the internet by storm.

Four players go for catch
The match began with Trent Boult opening the attack. The first ball went for wide and the second ball went for a boundary, increasing the pressure on him. However, he made a comeback just on the next ball with a bizarre dismissal. Boult delivered a swinging-length ball to Wriddhiman Saha, resulting in a massive edge that soared high in the air.
Three fielders, one from the point, the wicket-keeper, and one from mid-wicket, all ran towards the ball to make the catch, even though the wicket-keeper had called for it. Unfortunately, the three players collided with each other, causing the ball to bounce out of their hands. Luckily, the bowler i.e. Trent Boult had reached there in time and as soon as the ball bounced, he took the catch. The video of the dismissal is now getting viral on social media.
