Weather Update: According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), certain regions in India can expect precipitation in the upcoming days. Over the next four days, east-central, northeast India, and Southeast Peninsular India are anticipated to experience a wet spell. Additionally, there will be no heatwave conditions in the majority of the country over the following five days. There will be a rather pleasant change in temperature for Delhi, UP, Bihar, and Punjab as well.

Widespread rainfall and thunderstorms are expected to occur in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, and Sikkim. Meanwhile, scattered rain and thunderstorms have been predicted in Gangetic West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal, Kerala and Mahe. Furthermore, there is a possibility of hailstorms occurring locally in Odisha.

Delhi

As per the latest forecast, rather pleasant weather is on cards for Delhi today. The morning will start with partly overcast conditions and will move ahead with a cloudy sky in the day. There are chances of brief rain spells. For today, the maximum temperature will be 33 degrees and the minimum will be 22 degrees.

Mumbai

Mumbai and its suburbs are predicted to remain sunny and bright throughout the day. No major change is on cards for the region for today. Humidity will remain at the higher end with considerable wind speed. For today, the maximum temperature will be 32 degrees and the minimum will be 27 degrees.

Chennai

Partly overcast for Chennai has been forecast by IMD. Though, rains will lash the region from tomorrow, severe cloud cover is likely in the city during the evening. For today, the maximum temperature will be 34 degrees and the minimum will be 29 degrees.

Kolkata

IMD has forecast a pleasant day for Kolkata today. Some rains with scattered thunderstorms will lash the city tomorrow. For today, the maximum temperature will be 33 degrees and the minimum will be 26 degrees.
