Tata Magic EV: At the 2023 Auto Expo, Tata Motors unveiled the new Magic EV. It is based on the Ace EV, which was launched last year, and targets last-mile delivery services, however other uses for it may be as a stagecoach, ambulance, or school. In the passenger market, the Tata Magic has long been a popular commercial vehicle. The company’s goal to reach net zero emissions across its commercial vehicle industry by 2045 is being furthered with the introduction of Magic EV, which provides zero-emission mobility.
Tata Magic EV specs
The new electric vehicle, the Tata Magic EV, features a 14 to 20-kWh battery pack that can easily produce a peak torque of 90 to 115 Nm. Front and rear semi-elliptical leaf spring suspension systems will be present in this vehicle, along with a single-speed transmission.
It has both slow and rapid charging functionality built into it, allowing you to charge it at home.. Its battery can be fully charged using regular charging in only 6 and a half hours, however using fast charging will allow you to complete the charge in just 2 hours. According to the manufacturer, the new Tata Magic’s electric model would have a single charge provide a range of roughly 140 kilometres.
Features
Among the features on board are a 7-inch TFT infotainment system, voice assistance, and a reverse camera, and the cabin has room for more luggage. As of this writing, no pricing information for the Tata Magic EV has been released. Launch is anticipated for later this year.
