Trevor On November 24, 2021, Daniel Jacob, 29, of Lompoc, California, acknowledged to boarding his aircraft with the goal of crashing it. He prepared a parachute and video cameras for himself before jumping out of the plane while it was still in the air. The plane crashed into some dry scrub, but the pilot managed to parachut to safety. Following the disaster, Jacob posted a video of it to YouTube with the title “I Crashed My Aeroplane.” Jacob gained a lot of attention and cash as a result of the video’s success. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), who initiated an inquiry into the disaster, was also alerted to the footage.

This incident serves as a warning about the perils of social networking. When someone will do anything to get attention, it might result in risky and harmful behaviour. Jacob is currently dealing with major repercussions because his conduct in this instance put both himself and others in danger. Jacob, who was questioned by the FAA as part of the investigation, acknowledged that he had deliberately crashed the aircraft. In an effort to thwart the investigation, he reportedly acknowledged destroying the plane’s wreckage.
