Gehana, who gained widespread prominence with her role in Gandi Baat, hails from a pandit family. Post-wedding with Faizan, she has converted to Islam. The union of Gehana and Faizan has been termed as ‘Love Jihad’ by many netizens, insisting that it’s part of a larger phenomenon being propagated by the Muslim community. However, sources close to the couple have refuted the claims, maintaining its relationship purely based on love. As per a Hindustan Times report, a source to the newly wedded couple has said Gehana and Faizan are madly in love with each other, terming their relationship “pure”.
Gehana Vasisth’s arrest in Raj Kundra porn case
Gehana Vasisth is a renowned name in the television industry. However, more than its work, it’s her controversies that put her at the helm of the spotlight. In 2021, Gehana was arrested by the Mumbai police for her involvement in the Raj Kundra porn case. For the unversed, Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested for producing pornographic content. Both Gehana and Raj Kundra are currently out on bail. The specific details of Gehana’s involvement in the case were not made public but some media reports have claimed that she was instrumental in shooting the videos.
Later, Gehana’s team released a statement saying erotica is a genre on its own and it should not be confused with porn.

Faizan Ansari has been dating Gehana Vasisth for quite some time now. He is a popular social media influencer, having appeared in Amazon Mini TV’s show Datebaazi.
