Today a major fire broke out in the Satpura building near Mantralaya in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The fire broke out in the office of the Tribal Regional Development Project located on the third floor of the building. After the incident, three fire brigades have reached the spot. At the same time, other office workers in the building came out of the building in panic. Since the number of files is huge, it is taking time to extinguish the fire. 22 fire tender vehicles are engaged in extinguishing the fire.
More than 12,000 govt files burnt
It is being told that this accident happened due to a blast in the AC. At the same time, due to fire in the building, furniture and many government documents were burnt to ashes. According to the information, its renovation work was done a year ago.
According to the information received from the sources, the fire started from the Scheduled Tribes Regional Development Planning Office located on the third floor of the Satpura Bhavan, but the fire was so severe that it engulfed many of the goods above. The flames are visible rising from a distance.
The flames first started coming out from the office of the Scheduled Tribes Regional Development Scheme, after which the fire reached the fourth-fifth floor of the Health Directorate of the growing medical center. Many important documents of these departments have been completely burnt to ashes. To extinguish the fire, the fire brigade of the Municipal Corporation has reached the spot and efforts are being made to douse the fire.
Due to the fire, a stampede was seen among the officers, after which the employees were sensitively taken out of the Satpura building. A crowd of officers and employees of Satpura Bhawan also gathered outside.
