Google Calendar: The Google Calendar app for Android is loaded with features and has strong compatibility with other Google Workspace products. Additionally, even while scheduling activities through Calendar is simple enough, it is finally receiving a much-needed makeover.
Even with all of its upgrades, Google still wouldn’t let event planners use the app to send out many invitations. However, this is now altering since Google Calendar’s most recent update now supports event link sharing from within the Android app itself.
Google Calendar’s new update
The usage of a straightforward share button in the Calendar app can allow users to invite a large number of people without having to manually add their email addresses, as illustrated by AssembleDebug, who first pointed out this new feature on Twitter.
When you hit the Share icon that appears under the event’s name and date after you’ve created it, you may select from a number of applications to share the event with services like Telegram, WhatsApp, or Discord. The event URL is then given to the invitees’ email addresses, allowing them to select between Yes, No, and Maybe.
