Bihar News: The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has been down since June 25 which has caused a lot of problems for applicants to fill out job applications. The aspirants of Bihar Teachers have demanded for an extension of the deadline as it has been almost impossible for them to fill the form. Many of the applicants are done with registration process and are supposed to submit their application and other processing fee.
Errors in Application
Many applicants are complaining that errors in application forms are frequent which have caused disruption in completing the details.
Some of the candidates have claimed that their photographs were not uploaded clearly. Other users are complaining about the issue of server being down.
Dilip Kumar a student leader from Patna has stated “The BPSC should consider the problems of aspirants appeared due to server down. Hence, time should be given to them for filing the form. So, we are demanding the extension of date from BPSC Chairman Atul Prasad and education department.”
Exam Schedule
The BPSC will conduct the exam for Teachers Recruitment from August 24 to 27. The Bihar government has offered 1.70 lakh posts for government teachers from classes 1 to 12.
In June last month, the Bihar cabinet decided to open teaching jobs in Bihar government schools to all Indians. The cabinet decision and approval to make this change was presided by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. During the announcement there were some speculations that date for application might be extended after inclusion of non-domicile candidates.
