Known as the king of comedy, Kapil Sharma once again proved his mettle as he effortlessly hosted the show, ensuring a memorable experience for the audience. Yesterday’s episode featured none other than the legendary actors Sunny Deol and Amisha Patel as special guests. The audience exploded in applause as they entered, wishing to watch their comradeship and funny timing. The actors seemed to enjoy every minute of their time on the show, engaging in a series of lively and funny exchanges with the cast.
In one hilarious segment, a comedy character appeared on stage and expressed his admiration for Sunny Deol, stating how he had paved his way to success after coming from Punjab to Mumbai. However, in a comical twist, Kapil mistakenly thought the character was referring to himself, leading to uproarious laughter from the audience.
Adding to the laughter, Amisha Patel shared a funny incident from the past. She reminisced about a time when she and Sunny’s brother, Bobby Deol, were shooting a film together. In a particular scene where Bobby’s character hugged her, the public watching the shoot started screaming, urging him to leave her as she was Sunny’s responsibility. The memory was both epic and amusing, leaving everyone in splits.
Sunny Deol also openly expressed his nervousness about the film, recalling how the Bollywood industry had initially rejected Gadar when it was released. When questioned about his emotions ahead of the film’s release, Sunny replied in Punjabi, “There is excitement but also nervousness. When the film had released then, everyone in the industry… (gestured thumbs down). But the way the audiences pulled it up, everyone just changed.” His candid statement left Archana Puran Singh shocked, while the supportive studio audience applauded in solidarity.

The teaser for ‘Gadar 2‘ suggests that the sequel will continue the story from where the original film, ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha,’ left off. The teaser also features a melancholic rendition of the popular song ‘Ghar Aaja Pardesi.’ The first film resonated deeply with audiences due to its portrayal of the partition of India and its profound impact on people’s lives.
