Patna News: The trial run of the Vande Bharat Express Train between Patna and Howrah has been successfully completed on the Patna-Jhajha –Asansol-Howrah route. The Railways PRO informed that the train left the Patna Junction at 8am in the morning and reached Howrah at around 2.30 pm in the afternoon, covering a distance of about 535kms in six and a half hours. The train had stoppages at Jasidih and Asansol. The Railway will soon make the Vande Bharat Train Services fully operational from Patna and Howrah this month. The Railways have worked on the fare and other details and they will be out for the Public soon.
PM is likely to inaugurate the Train on August 11th
This will be the second Vande Bharat Express in Bihar after the Prime Minister had inaugurated the Patna Vande Bharat Express on June 27th. This is one of the most awaited Vande Bharat Express for Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. The Vande Bharat Express will connect with three states, and it will stop at only two stations between the source and the destination station.
Train will have 8 Coaches and 2 Executive Chair Cars
According to sources, the Patna Vande Bharat Express will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 11th. The train will have 8 coaches including 2 General and 2 Executive Chair cars.
