Ghaziabad News: For those travelling from Delhi to Ghaziabad, Muradnagar, and Modinagar via the elevated road, there is good news. The Northern Peripheral Road, Rajnagar Extension Outer Ring Road, and Zonal Plan Road in front of Migson Society are being worked on the GDA. This would benefit thousands of drivers and lower the load on the roads in Raj Nagar Extension.
GDA’s Strategy for Road Construction in Rajnagar Extension
In-charge GDA The 3646 square metres of land that lie in the midst of the three roadways, according to Chief Engineer Manvendra Singh, would be seized in accordance with a deal with the farmers. He asserted that it would take 15 days to finish this operation. After that, the construction of these routes will begin with the tendering procedure. so that the tendering procedure can be finished and roads built. He explained that the road heading towards the elevated road near the D-Pocket in front of the City Forest, passing behind the Rajnagar Extension STP, will link to the Rajnagar Extension Outer Ring Road in the Northern Peripheral Road at Shahpur. NPR and the Outer Ring Road are each roughly 20 kilometres long. It was estimated to cost Rs 260 crore. In addition, a 45 metre wide road will be built in front of the Migson Society on 1459 square metres of land, continuing on to connect with the road of the Rajnagar Extension Zonal Plan.
Areas Designated for Northern Peripheral and Outer Ring Road Expansion
There will be the taking of 559 square metres of Morta land and 787 square metres of Morta village for the Northern Peripherz Road, 160 square metres of Morta village for the Rajnagar Extension Outer Ring Road, 430 square metres of Shahpur village, 290 square metres of Ataur village, and 500 square metres of Morti Noornagar village. Rajnagar Extension Outer Ring Road building will most certainly help the locals. Vehicle traffic on Rajnagar Extension’s main route will be reduced. Additionally, Rajnagar Extension won’t need to be visited by the drivers. Those who need to go to Meerut Road or Hapur Road after exiting the elevated road will be able to continue by ascending the Outer Ring Road.
