G20 Summit: Delhi Metro has announced to start the Services from 4am on 8th of September. The services will start from all terminal stations on all routes. The decision has been taken by the DMRC keeping the convenience of the commuters in mind during the summit. The metros will run on frequency of 30 minutes on that day. All the trains will run according to the schedule after 6am. This announcement has been shared by the DMRC. All Metro stations will be operational except Supreme Court, Patel Chowk and Rama Krishna Ashram Marg.
India Hosting G20 Summit from Sept 8th to 10th
India is set to host the G20 summit on 8th Sept till 10th Sept. Many Foreign Tourists will arrive in the National Capital to attend the summit. The summit will be held at Pragati Maidan. Delhi Police has made all possible arrangements in the city to make sure all guests should arrive safely. Many heavy vehicles are banned to enter in the city after mid night.
Over 40000 Security Personnel deployed in the city
Special security arrangements have been made outside the G20 venue. Over 40000 Security Personnel are deployed in the city to look after the security arrangements. The Reporting time for all staff is 5am in the morning.
