Viral Video: In a recent incident aboard the Delhi Metro, a viral video has once again thrust the public transportation system into the spotlight. The video captures a heated verbal altercation involving a woman, a young couple, and fellow passengers, raising questions about the importance of maintaining decorum during public commutes.
Triggered by a Single Word: ‘Pagal’
The video in question begins with a seemingly peaceful scene. A young couple is engaged in conversation, minding their own business during their metro ride. However, the tranquility is quickly shattered when a woman aboard the train directs a barrage of verbal harassment at the couple.
The catalyst for the confrontation was a single word uttered by the boyfriend to his girlfriend – ‘Pagal,’ meaning ‘crazy’ in Hindi. This seemingly innocuous term triggered an unexpected and aggressive response from the woman, who loudly insisted that the girlfriend should file a complaint against her partner.
As tensions continued to rise, the woman escalated the situation further by physically grabbing the girlfriend’s shirt. In response, the boyfriend posed a simple but poignant question, “Kisko bol pagala?” (Who are you calling mad?). This question was met with more verbal hostility from the woman.
Despite the harassment and escalating tension, the young couple chose an unexpected response. In the next moment the couple can be seen sharing a kiss, this unexpected twist added a layer of complexity to the situation.

One user commented, “Aunty clearly jealous kyu ki uske time me kitchen me dhakel dia tha use puri jawani.” Another user commented, “Iske sath koi nhi ghumta hoga that’s why she’s desperate.” One of them commented, “Arey aunty ke do thappad maro police case bhi hua to agle din bail mil jayegi kya sochna itna.”
