Jeep Compass Facelift: Jeep India has introduced new Compass SUV models, as well as a facelift version and a special edition of the three-row Meridian SUV. The Compass SUV will now be available in a 4X2 form known as the Black Shark Edition.
Jeep Compass Facelift powertrain details
A 2.0-litre diesel engine will power the new Jeep Compass. This engine produces 168 horsepower and 350 Nm of peak torque. This engine is coupled with a 9-speed automated gearbox. Jeep claims that the latest model gets 16.2 kmpl. This SUV can sprint from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 9.8 seconds.
Interior updates
Its inside is totally black, with red paint and stitching throughout. The black leather and red accents give the cabin a sporty feel.
Exterior updates
The redesigned Compass has a fresh red and black appearance. This model has a blacked-out grille, side sills, emblems, and a chrome belt line. The front fender has black shark badging. One of the most noticeable differences is that it now has alloy wheels based on the Meridian but with a blacked-out finish rather than dual-tone.
