State Bank Of India Waives Off Car Loan Processing Fee
SBI has some exciting offers for those who are planning to buy a car this festive season, the bank will not charge any processing fee on the car loans. The recently pushed offer will be valid till January 31, 2024. Alongside, it will also offer upto 100 percent financing ,low interest rates and instant approvals for auto loans.
SBI Festive Offers: Concession On Home Loans
Increasing the home loan concessions, the SBI is now offering a decrement of upto 65 basis points. This scheme will be valid till December 31, 2023. These concession will be given on the basis of credit scores of the customers. Customers with higher credit score will be able to get the maximum benefits. People having a CIBIL score of 700 and above will get an additional concession of 20 basis points.
Project backed by builder will get 5 bps concession, some of the specific loan products of the banks like Shaurya , Shaurya Flexi Vishisht and Shaurya Flexi will be offered with 10 basis points additional concession. Customers with credit score of upto 750 will be able to get Realty loans and MaxGain with 5 bps additional concession.
