Register Your Mobile Number With The Bank
In an X Post, Bank Of India has informed its customers about the update. It said that as per a regulatory guidelines, a valid mobile number is mandatory to avail debit card services.
Customers who want to avoid the incovenience will be needed to visit their bank branch and register their current mobile number before 31 October 2023. If you have already registered your mobile number with the bank which is not in use currently, you need to update your registered mobile number by visiting your bank.
How to Register/Update Your Mobile Number With BOI Internet Banking
- Account Holders need to log in into the official internet banking portal of the bank.
- Then, you need to click on the “Options” link which is displayed on the top of the website page.
- Then you need to click on “My Profile” on the sidebar.
- Then, you will see an option to update/register mobile number. By clicking on the option, you can simply set your desired contact number. You will receive an update on the same number which you will be needed to enter for completing the process.
