Meerut News: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Lucknow, will hold the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) on October 28 and 29. There are 56 centres set up for the test. On October 28, all of these centres will be closed due to the examination. Every member of the staff and teachers will be there at the same time. Strict security protocols will be in place for the assessment. There will be no mobile phone use permitted in the exam room. Entry for candidates will only be permitted thirty minutes prior to the start of the test.
Guidelines Issued by ADM City
In a meeting organised to prepare for the exam, ADM City Brijesh Kumar Singh on Wednesday issued these directives to the Centre Administrator, Sector Magistrate, Static Magistrate, and other authorities of all 56 centres. ADM City Brijesh Kumar Singh declared during the meeting that there would be no room for any form of examination-related irresponsibility. If he is careless, he will immediately go to jail and file a FIR.
Exam Schedule and Shifts
On the day of the exam, centre administrators will, under all circumstances, arrive at their centres by 7 a.m. On both days, there will be two shifts for the examination. The exam for the first shift will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. From 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. will be the second shift. On October 27, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., room invigilators and the centre administrator will meet at each test centre.
Role of Room Invigilators
Attending the meeting will be representatives of the executing organisation as well. There will be no cell phone use permitted in the exam room. Thirty minutes before to the start of the test, the center’s gate will close. Admission to the examination will be restricted to 30 minutes prior to its start. The issue with the room inspector was also brought up with the centre administration during the discussion. Rajesh Kumar, the first district school inspector, advised them to submit their requests right away because there won’t be a scarcity of room inspectors for very long. The Basic Education Council schools and other schools will make up for the lack at the centres.

In the meeting, City Magistrate Anil Kumar, District School Inspector First Rajesh Kumar, Principal Dr. Narayan Sharan and District Manager of the executing organization Manoj Sharma gave guidelines regarding the examination. Asim Kumar Dubey, Dr. Karmendra Singh, Dr. Veer Bahadur Singh, Dr. Sukhpal Tomar, Arun Kumar, Dr. Rajesh Aggarwal, Dr. Mridula Sharma, Dr. Satyapal Rana, Prof. Seema Panwar, Dr. RK Singh, Manju Singh etc. were included.
