KBC 15: In the most recent episode of Amitabh Bachchan’s show Kaun Banega Crorepati 15, also known as KBC 15, an elderly competitor was finally put on the hot seat. Big B complimented today’s contestant Torsha Chatterjee for her mental clarity in the most recent episode.
Following her victory in Super Sandook, Torsha decided to reclaim her lost lifeline through an audience poll after properly answering seven questions. She was playing well till she ran across the Rs 25 lakh question. Torsha revealed early in her voyage that she was appearing on the show for the second time.
KBC 15: Amitabh Bachchan was stunned to know she came the second time
She was overheard telling Amitabh Bachchan that she didn’t make it to the hot seat during the previous season. The contestant also included a lovely emotional message that she got when she lost the fastest finger first. Amitabh Bachchan was stunned to know that she came for the second time. The host stunned her also by telling her that he sent the letter because he saw that the girl was sad.
Torsha responded to all of her questions promptly, however, she ran into trouble while using an audience vote to address a question about Rs 3.50 Lakh. She restored the lifeline after winning the super sandook, but she was unable to determine the right response to the Rs 25 Lakh question.
What was the question?
The question was: In 2002, which neighbouring country of India became the first in the world to implement the total ban on plastic bags? The options were A. Bhutan, B. Bangladesh C. Nepal and D. Myanmar. Although the right answer was b) Bangladesh, Torsha gave up the game and told Big B her guess, which was a) Bhutan.
Torsha decided to leave the show after raising doubts about the response to the Rs 25 Lakh question. She answered incorrectly, therefore Amitabh Bachchan was seen congratulating her on earning Rs 12.5 lakh.
