Delhi Pollution: For the past month or so, air pollution has been a worsening problem, particularly in places like New Delhi and Mumbai. Delhi’s Prolonged Stay in ‘Severe’ AQI Category
Since Diwali, as was previously noted, the Delhi AQI has stayed in the “severe” category, and residents have been comparing the area to a gas chamber because they are having trouble breathing regularly. The AQI is 430 in Anand Vihar, 417 in RK Puram, 423 in Punjabi Bagh, and 428 in Jahangirpuri.
