The case against three producers of Viaan Industries, the company of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s businessman husband Raj Kundra, and actor Gehana Vasisth is handed over to the property cell of the crime branch on Thursday, according to news agency ANI.

The FIR was registered under various Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections, including 420 (cheating), 392 (punishment for robbery), 393 (attempt to commit robbery), and provisions of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act and the Information Technology Act.
Meanwhile, Sherlyn Chopra has filed an FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual assault and has also spoken openly about the relationship between Shilpa Shetty and Raj. She is constantly in the headlines and she mentioned this in her complaint filed with the Mumbai Police on 14 April 2021.
