The case against three producers of Viaan Industries, the company of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty’s businessman husband Raj Kundra, and actor Gehana Vasisth is handed over to the property cell of the crime branch on Thursday, according to news agency ANI.

The crime branch is now expecting more victims to come forward and give their statements in the matter.
The FIR was registered under various Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections, including 420 (cheating), 392 (punishment for robbery), 393 (attempt to commit robbery), and provisions of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act and the Information Technology Act.
Meanwhile, Sherlyn Chopra has filed an FIR against Raj Kundra for sexual assault and has also spoken openly about the relationship between Shilpa Shetty and Raj. She is constantly in the headlines and she mentioned this in her complaint filed with the Mumbai Police on 14 April 2021.
According to the report, Sherlyn Chopra had disclosed in her complaint that in 2019 Raj Kundra had called her business manager to discuss a proposal and on March 27, 2019, after the business meeting, Raj without informing her. came to her house.
Kundra, 45-year-old businessman, who was on Tuesday remanded in judicial custody for 14 days, earned at least Rs 1.17 crore between August and December last year from his business of production and online distribution of porn films, the police had told a magistrate’s court.
