Honda: For the first time since 1981, the Honda logo is getting a makeover. Honda unveiled a new “H mark” at CES that has a more contemporary look and a more streamlined form as part of the introduction of its new Series Zero EV cars. The brand, according to the firm, is intended primarily to demonstrate its dedication to electric cars (EVs). It will initially be seen on “next-generation EVs,” which will include the 2026 arrival of the Series Zero production models.
Honda unveils new logo for future EVs
The new logo is straightforward and reminiscent of the company’s original 1960s H mark. According to reports, Honda created the new emblem in order to “commemorate the development of the next-generation EVs.” It was on display at CES with the company’s two electric concepts, the Space Hub and the Saloon, both of which had the new “H mark” on them.
The company further states, “This design expression, like two outstretched hands, represents Honda’s commitment to augment the possibilities of mobility and sincerely serve the needs of the users of Honda EVs.”
When will we see it on the road?
Expected to debut in 2026, the production-ready Series 0 “Saloon” concept is expected to be the first new model to carry the insignia. It appears that we will have to wait a few years for this one.
