Weather Update: IMD stated a good news about the ease in the cold-biting situations in North Western states in the following days. According to the report, the temperature is likely to increase by two degree as the minimum temperature of the day.
According to the IMD, the cold weather is caused by high-altitude jet stream winds that sink cold air over North India’s plains. The cold wave is predicted to remain strong for the next five days due to this phenomenon. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has provided a comprehensive weather update as winter solidifies on the Indian subcontinent, highlighting the current cold wave and projecting its continuation in multiple states.
