Sponsorship Plans for Devotees
Kejriwal revealed the Delhi government’s plans to sponsor the travel of devotees from Delhi to Ayodhya, recognizing the significance of devotion to Lord Ram. He articulated a dual commitment – one towards spiritual devotion and the other towards the nation’s welfare. Kejriwal expressed confidence that by following the path of Lord Ram, India can aspire to become the world’s leading country.
Free ‘Teerth-Yatra’ Initiatives
Highlighting the government’s ongoing initiatives, the Delhi CM mentioned the free ‘teerth-yatra’ program for senior citizens, covering 12 pilgrimage sites. With 83,000 individuals benefiting from the initiative, he acknowledged the expressed desire of many to visit Ayodhya and committed to facilitating as many people as possible on the pilgrimage to the revered city.
