Chamkila Song Ishq Mitaye: Diljit Dosanjh recently announced his upcoming film Chamkila alongside Parineeti Chopra which is directed by Imtiaz Ali. The film is based on the life of prominent Punjabi singer Amar Singh Chamkila who became famous for his folk songs but was shot dead. He used to sing songs with his wife and they both were sensations in the villages of Punjab at that time. The makers released a new song from the movie which is titled ‘Ishq Mitaye.’ It features Diljit Dosanjh and Parineeti Chopra and they strike a chord with the audience.

The song starts with Diljit Dosanjh and he impressed the audience with remarkable acting and beautiful appearance as Aman Singh Chamkila. Parineeti played the role of Amarjot Kaur. They looked wonderful together and impressed the audience with a mesmerizing performance. They exuded elegance with their beautiful appearance and stunned the internet. Parineeti and Diljit’s chemistry raised the temperature with their remarkable and brilliant performance and entertained the audience. The song is sung by Mohit Chauhan and the music was given by prominent music director A.R. Rahman.
About the movie
The film will chronicle the murders of Chamkila and his wife Amarjot Kaur on March 8, 1988, along with the deaths of other members of their musical group. Imtiaz Ali’s interest in the subject has been sparked by the mystery and journey around the unresolved case of their assassination.
