Amit Shah, the union home minister, sharply criticised the INDIA alliance for “promoting dynasties” and inaugurated the BJP‘s election campaign in Maharashtra on Tuesday. He made this statement while speaking at the Yuva Sammelan in Jalgaon, Maharashtra: “Sonia Gandhi’s ‘Rahul Yaan’ launch has failed miserably 19 times.” The 20th attempt is currently being worked on.
Amit Shah Mocks Sonia Gandhi
“On one hand, PM Modi launched Chandrayaan mission. On the other hand, Sonia Gandhi is trying to launch Rahul Gandhi for the 20th time. She has launched ‘Rahul-yaan’ 19 times, all unsuccessful,” Shah added at the Jalgaon rally. He went on to criticise the INDIA bloc parties, claiming that its leaders wished for their sons and daughters to hold the positions of prime minister and chief minister.
“Sonia is trying to make Rahul PM, Uddhav (Thackeray) wants to make his son Aaditya Chief Minister, (Sharad) Pawar wants to make his daughter Chief Minister, Mamata Didi wants to make her nephew Chief Minister, and (M K) Stalin wants to make his son Chief Minister,” the BJP leader said.
Amit Shah’s Parliament Revelation
During his speech, Amit Shah recounted how Congress MP Rahul Gandhi visited him in Parliament and warned that “there will be a bloodbath everywhere in Jammu and Kashmir” if the government repealed Article 370. “Forget about blood, no one dared to throw even pebbles,” Shah exclaimed, applauding the move made by his government.
Before using their franchise, he advised the young people to carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages. “Voting for the BJP means voting for a bright future of youth and for building a great India…Voting for BJP means voting for making Narendra Modi the PM for a third time,” he added.
