Viral Video: A young man struggled to capture video of himself parking a motorcycle and sitting on a chair in the middle of GT Road in the Shastri Park neighborhood. Police apprehended the young man after the video was broadcast on X. He created this video to demonstrate superiority and gain fame.
Defiant Response to Objection
When a person objects, he is seen stating ‘Badmaash hain ji’ in the video. His motorcycle and phone were confiscated by police. The accused is Vipin Kumar, a resident of New Osman Jagjit Nagar. The police have filed a FIR against him on a variety of charges, including endangering the lives of others by obstructing the road.

North-Eastern District DCP Dr. Joy Tirkey said that “a video was circulating rapidly on Twitter. It is seen that a motorcycle is parked in the middle of GT Road in Shastri Park area and a chair is kept near it. Meanwhile, a young man comes and sits on the chair. Vehicles are also seen passing from both sides. In another video, a person is heard calling this act illegal. The young man is heard saying in response, ‘You are a scoundrel.'”
