Top 5 Stocks Of The Day: On the Nifty, the biggest gainers are M&M, Power Grid Corporation, Shriram Finance, Hero MotoCorp and Bajaj Auto. However the list for the top losers includes Tech Mahindra, BPCL, JSW Steel, HCL Technologies and Sun Pharma. Auto, power, and real estate all saw increases of more than a percent. Meanwhile Healthcare, IT, Metal, Oil & gas saw declines of 0.4 to 1%. The smallcap index was unchanged, but the BSE midcap index increased by 0.5 percent.

Sensex and NSE Nifty50
The Nifty was low by 38.60 points and moved down to 22,604.80. On the other hand the Sensex was also down today. It was low by 188.50 points and declined to 74,482.78, at the closing. Today 141 shares increased and roughly 1987 shares were steady. In the extremely turbulent session, Indian benchmark indices reversed all intraday gains and closed in the negative territory.
