ICC T20 World Cup 2024: India Vs Pakistan is the most sought-after cricket match in the world. It still holds the record for the most views of a group-stage match during the ODI World Cup 2023.
Every fan from both nations does not leave any chance to troll each other’s team and players. It has become a ritual at this point that both nations have to do to hype up this clash.
This time, even Zomato and Swiggy jumped into the competition as they trolled the Pakistan team harder than anyone else after their loss against the USA. Which is already a very low point for the Pakistan cricket team.
Both Zomato and Swiggy hilariously share some funny tweets after the match and the Indian fans are loving this banter by these two companies. They surely know how to keep their fans happy.
‘Ad Book Kare….
As soon as the match between Pakistan and the USA was over, Zomato went to the social media platform ‘X’ and wrote “Pakistan bro aisi performance hogi to tumhi batado sunday ko ad slots le ya na.”
Zomato also tweeted after India’s victory against Ireland ” Team India finished the team in green like a plate of kebabs. PS: we hope to retweet this on Sunday.”
ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Swiggy Jumps In The Challenge
Zomato was partnered with their rival food delivery company Swiggy who also trolled Pakistan after their loss against The USA. Swiggy revived the old meme where fans were criticizing Pakistan after their loss against India in the 2019 World Cup. The fan hilariously stated that every Pakistani player is eating Pizza and burgers rather than good diet food.
Swiggy revived the meme and tweeted “lagta hai USA jaa ke zyada burger pizzey kha liye #PakvsUSA.” The social media went into a spiral after this tweet as everyone loved the throwback.
We hope that these two companies get the chance of tweeting like this again till the end of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. Because there are two things every Indian loves, watching India win and laughing.
