The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter) by an account named Anand Mishra. In the video, a dispute over a gate can be seen. During the argument, the neighbor is seen calmly presenting his point of view. However, the female officer becomes enraged and takes off her slipper to beat the neighbor. A male police officer in uniform is visible at the scene, along with several bystanders who are merely watching the incident unfold. The video contains a significant amount of profanity and was uploaded on July 26. It has garnered numerous views since then.
