New shocking revelations are being made every day in the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test scam. A case of passing money from 7 thousand 800 candidates who failed in Maharashtra Teachers Eligibility Test has come to the fore. This has been revealed in the investigation of Cyber Police. In the examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination- MSCE, Pune in the teacher eligibility test in 2019-20, 16 thousand 592 candidates who were declared pass, it was found that seven thousand eight hundred candidates out of them were failed. The news of passing failed students by rigging has created a stir.
In the examination held in 2018 also, the investigation of allegations of passing money from failed candidates on a large scale is underway. In connection with the investigation of this matter, the Pune Cyber Police is thoroughly investigating the information given by the State Examination Council and the results of the examination. During the same investigation, the cyber police also came to know about the scam regarding the examination results of 2019-20. According to the Pune Cyber Police, a total of 16 thousand 592 candidates had passed in the 2019-20 examination, but when the examination results were scrutinized deeply, it was found that about 7 thousand 800 candidates did not pass. But they were shown close.
The Education Council has now decided that from 2013 itself, it should be checked whether the teachers’ certificates in the recruitment through TET are correct or not. Orders have been given to all the Zilla Parishads of the state, the schools run through the Municipal Corporations to investigate this matter. The Pune Cyber Police is currently investigating the TET scam in 2018 and 2020.

There have been allegations that scams are happening in this recruitment examination since 2013. For this reason, it has been decided to check the results and certificates of the last eight years. In the last 15 days, five and a half thousand teachers of the state have sent their certificates to the Maharashtra State Education Council.
As soon as this scam comes to the fore, especially the serious candidates preparing for the state examinations are in shock. The future of thousands of such deserving candidates were played with, who had prepared for the examination seriously day and night and could not enroll their names in the list of pass students due to non-payment of money.
